Within 14 days after you have received your order, if you find that you are unsatisfied with your purchases, please contact us to let us know what issues you might be having with your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
- We only accept unworn, undamaged merchandise for returns. Jewelry that shows sign of wear and tear is not accepted for return.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- When returning any item, we can only refund the price of the item. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the error was on our part.
- Shipping costs must be paid for by the customer for all return or exchange items.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with these policies. Additionally, ZilverPassion reserves the right to charge additional fees on returns of used or damaged products and for those returns not following our Return and Exchange Instructions.
